About Us
AV Foundation, Inc. was born from a simple truth: too many children in our community are carrying burdens no child should ever face. In Valdosta, Ayanna saw firsthand how food insecurity, bullying, violence, educational gaps, and unstable home lives were dimming the potential of bright, capable young people. Families were struggling — not because they lacked hope, but because they lacked support.
Determined to change that, she created AV Foundation to become the steady ground so many youth have been missing. What started as a vision for a safe space has grown into a movement: providing healthy meals, emotional support, mentorship, and the life skills young people need to thrive.
Today, AV Foundation stands as a community anchor — restoring confidence, nurturing resilience, and empowering future leaders. The mission is simple but powerful: meet the most urgent needs of the community so they can reclaim their potential and create a brighter future for themselves and their community.
Services We Provide
Programs Designed to Lift, Guide, and Inspire
After-School Program
Offering free meals, daily enrichment, and positive social experiences for youth in need ages 3-17.
Pathway Restoration
Pathway Restoration provides structured, supportive housing and stability services for adults working to rebuild their lives. Our program focuses on accountability and access to resources that support long-term independence.
Pathways to Purpose Academy K-12
At Pathways to Purpose Academy, we envision a future where students feel safe, hopeful, and excited to learn. Our personal, holistic, homeschool approach nurtures the whole child academically, socially, and emotionally-while fostering confidence, curiosity, and purpose-driven growth.
