Pathway Restoration is AV Foundation’s housing initiative designed to support individuals and families experiencing housing instability by providing structured living environments that promote safety, stability, and long-term independence.

Screening & Intake Process
All prospective participants complete:
- An initial Interest & Intake Form
- A screening and needs assessment
- A program alignment review prior to acceptance
